As an alternative to a 900 number you can offer a Click to Call button on your website that will charge for your customers a per minute rate for the phone call.
The way it work is the customer clicks the call button on your website. They input their credit card info & call back number and the system then calls you both. At the end of the call the system collect the funds and transfer them to you. You need a PayPal or merchant account to receive the funds but not much else.
